Patricia Santos is often the first voice you’ll hear when you reach out to Medina Family Law Associates. As our Intake Specialist, she listens to what’s going on, gathers the details our attorneys need, and schedules your consultation with the right member of our legal team.
Patricia understands that the first call about a divorce, a custody concern, or an order of protection can be one of the hardest calls a person makes. She brings patience, a calm presence, and careful attention to detail to every conversation, so you can focus on sharing your situation instead of worrying about what happens next.
Before joining our firm, Patricia served as a Lead & Intake Specialist for an employment and immigration law firm where she conducted detailed intake interviews and worked closely with attorneys in a fast-paced practice. She brings more than two decades of experience in client service and operations, including nine years with UPS. Patricia holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in International Relations.
Patricia is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice. Her role is to make sure your consultation is set up with the right information, so our attorneys can give you meaningful guidance from your very first meeting.
When you contact our office, Patricia will:
1. Listen first. She’ll ask what kind of family law matter you’re facing, whether that’s divorce, custody, child support, an order of protection, or something else.
2. Ask a few key questions. These include the county where your case is (or will be) filed, any upcoming court dates, and the names of the other people involved, so we can run a conflict check before your consultation.
3. Match you with the right team member based on your needs.
4. Schedule your consultation and explain what to bring. The call usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
