Careers at Medina Family Law Associates

We are an Arizona family law firm built around a simple idea: people do their best work when they are trusted. Our team works remotely, sets flexible schedules, and takes the time off they need. We show up in person when our clients need us in court.

Our clients come to us during custody disputes, divorces, and domestic violence situations. We look for people who can be steady, kind, and effective when it matters most.

You will be a key part of every case you touch. You will draft and file documents, build out financial disclosure, keep clients informed and on track, and get our attorneys ready for hearings and trial. • Organize disclosure and discovery, and track responses and deadlines
  • Collect documents from clients and follow up until files are complete
  • Keep clients updated on their cases and schedule meetings, mediations, and hearings
  • Prepare exhibit binders, witness lists, and pretrial statements for hearings and trial
  • Calendar court dates and deadlines in Clio and keep matters organized

What you need

  • 5 or more years of paralegal experience in family law or litigation
  • Hands-on experience with Arizona family court filings and procedures
  • Based in Arizona
  • Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail
  • A track record of working independently and meeting deadlines without reminders

Nice to have

  • Paralegal certificate
  • Spanish fluency
  • Experience with Clio, Microsoft 365
  • Prior remote work experience

What we offer

  • Fully remote work
  • Competitive pay
  • Flexible hours, as long as clients and the team can reach you during business hours
  • Paid firm holidays
  • Firm laptop and Clio subscription
